Adam Oubuih

Victoire Haussmann SGP is a portfolio management company, operating under the French Market Authority (AMF) since February 2016 and is part of the Constructa Group, first real estate services platform is France.

Adam Oubuih graduated from ESSEC in 2006. During the first ten years of his career, he consolidated his expertise in finance and investment analysis and structuring in France and in international markets (London, Bahreïn, Libya) for Société Générale, BNP Paribas and the French Development Agency.

At the end of 2016, he integrated ENA (The French National School of Administration), in the Georges Clemenceau class, with the objective to reenforce his commitment to the public sector.

As he graduated from ENA in 2019, he represented the Caisse de dépôts et consignations to the institutional and economic partners of the Great Eastern region of France as Deputy Regional Director. In 2020, he joined Banque des Territoires in Paris and BPIFrance as coordinator of the tourism stimulus plan.

Following the implementation of this plan, he was nominated Director of complex real estate investments at Banque des Territoires.

He was entrusted with a number of missions which confirmed his appeal to real estate asset management, such as defining and managing the recovery plan, analyzing the needs of the sectors, the territories and methods of intervention.

Adam Oubuih chose to join Victoires Haussmann SGP to put his expertise and knowledge at the service of this dynamic and promising company with a singular market positioning.
