Olivier Tavernier
CEO - Asset Management
Olivier Tavernier joined Constructa in 2015 as portfolio Director. He has since been promoted to the position of CEO of Constructa Asset Management in charge of investment, and sits on the Executive Board. His prior experience includes heading the asset management at Retail Consulting Group, managing assets and investments for real estate funds registered with the French Market Authority (AMF) at ACOFI, and managing commercial and retail R.E. at Dutch investment firm Wereldhave.
MRICS since 2005, Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Aix-Marseille, a Master’s degree in Real Estate Law, and in Real Estate Management from ESSEC.
