Sylvine Eckert

Sylvine Eckert joined the Constructa Group on January 6, 2020 as Director of Human Resources. She is based in Paris and her main mission is to structure the HR management to best accompany the development of our professions and trades, acting as a true day-to-day business partner to best serve the interests of the Group and its business units.

She graduated from the Dijon Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce) in 2004, and developed a solid 15-year experience in HR both in France and in the international market place. She started her career in industrial groups such as Sara Lee and Total. Sylvine then moved on to the consumer market where she spent 4 years in the Bel cheese group before joining Groupe Rocher in 2012. There, she worked closely with the full spectrum of professions within the Petit Bateau company for 7 years.

Her asserted taste for human relations, sense of strategy-serving organization, and talent for team and individual development are all qualities for which she is well appreciated.
