Marc Pietri

Married and father of 3 children, Marc Pietri has, for over 45 years, governed the destinies of Constructa, the premier independent real estate service firm in France. He is its main shareholder via Bellechasse SA, the family holding which he also presides.

He was successively its General Secretary, Deputy Managing Director and then main shareholder. He is now its President. Under his direction, the Group evolved from a company employing 16 people and with a turnover of € 550.000 in 1973 to a multidisciplinary group of 5 entities with more than 200 staff and a turnover of € 300 million in 2013.

The French Republic awarded Marc Pietri with several recognitions for his career: Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, Commandeur de l’Ordre de la Légion d’Honneur.

He was also awarded the Keys to the City of Miami and he is an honorary citizen of the City of Marseille, Cannes France and of Geneva in Switzerland.

He is also ambassador of the City of Mantes-la-Jolie, France.

In 2014, his peers awarded him with the prize of « Manager of the Year » recognizing both his personal and his group’s achievements.
